Getting to Bali Hai

From Manila's International Airport (NAIA)
With prior arrangement many hotels will pick you up at the airport. Alternatively, before leaving the terminal building, go to one of the hire care service desks and purchase a ticket. (Street taxis are not permitted at the airport arrival level.)

Bali Hai can arrange airconditioned transport directly to and from Manila Airport: cost one way - car P4,000; minibus P4,500.

From Manila
Take any bus bound for Laoag, Vigan, Abra, San Fernando La Union, or Ilocos Sur. Bus lines operating these routes are Philippine Rabbit, Partas, Farinas, Maria De Leon, Viron, Dominion, and Panther.

Your hotel can arrange a taxi to take you to the bus terminal.
